Nicolas has known and used ePackPro for about ten years. When he took over the restaurant back in 2019, he couldn’t see himself doing all his traceability on paper. Adopting ePackPro seemed essential to him to ensure the restaurant’s success.

To ensure his reputation as a Michelin-starred restaurant, Nicolas is a stickler for traceability, which is a real guarantee of quality to him.
He decided to equip the restaurant with ePackPro so that all the members of his team could take part in the process, and ensure the quality of the meals served to the customers.

A whole new digitalized process
We equipped Nicolas’s restaurant with a wall screen, a Pad and sensors, all the equipment to ensure perfect traceability. They make a lot of use of the labelling module, which allows them to see at a glance the date of manufacture and best-before date of their products.
We customised the traceability module so that they can easily record the temperature, weight and conformity of each product on receipt.
They also scan all their product labels, which is easier, more efficient and more hygienic. No more labels lying around.
Thanks to the sensors, they can easily monitor temperature changes in the cold rooms, and are more confident about food storage. We trained the whole team, so that every employee could take part in the HACCP compliance of the cold store.

ePackPro helps Nicolas and his team with their day-to-day monitoring. In the event of an inspection, they can very easily pull up their labels on a daily basis, according to category. Their traceability process is much smoother with this digital solution and if something is not compliant, they know it right away.
